A devoted “Fringe Tourist”, Adam champions bold, unapologetic culture and builds bridges between arts communities across the global fringe circuit and beyond.

Lois Neville, Co-Executive Director
Lois works in LA as a community-based fundraiser, friend-raiser, and artistic consultant. With a background in theatre performance and teaching, as well as her current work in arts administration, she is driven to connect artists and the broader community through strategic partnerships to keep theatre accessible.

I’m an DC based Artistic Director & theater producer with 18+ years of experience creating independent, mostly new, work with a talented cohort of fellow artists. I write plays and songs about women done wrong and the dark comedy of life. In 2025, our local festival closed, so I got together with other artists and we co-founded District Fringe. We are carrying the torch for independent, artist driven work in the nation’s capital.

Bill Bragin is the founding Executive Artistic Director of The Arts Center at NYU Abu Dhabi, launched in 2015 and twice winner of the Pride of Abu Dhabi Award. He co-founded globalFEST, recipient of the APAP William Dawson Award, and previously held senior roles at Lincoln Center and Joe’s Pub. He has advised TED and served internationally as a speaker, curator and DJ.

Darren Lee Cole is the Artistic Director of SoHo Playhouse. With locations in NYC, Las Vegas and Costa Rica Darren has led various national and international productions. He also leads the International Fringe Encore Series. Many well known productions include: Killer Joe, Fleabag, Hannah Gadsby:Nanette, Job, Just For Us, Daniel Sloss: X, Monstering the Rocketman, Afghanistan is not Funny, and Baba Brinkman’s Rag Guide Series.

Jake Alexander is co founder and director of Hastings Comedy Festival, launched with Chris Young in 2015. The annual festival presents around 80 shows across a week in Hastings and St Leonards', featuring established comedians and emerging acts. Jake also works as a BACP licensed therapist.

Nick Mataragas, B.F.A., is a former high school Alternative Education and Graphic Design teacher, the Founder and Executive Director of Memoriam Development, the Artistic Director of the Elgin Fringe Festival, the Vice President of the Canadian Association of Fringe Festivals, and the Director of Programming at Side Street Studio Arts.

Desert Fringe Theatre and Cultural Arts Festival
Miri is an Adjunct Teaching Professor at St. Mary’s College, where she teaches in the Liberal Education for the Arts Program (LEAP). She is the Producing and Artistic Director of the Hi Desert theatre Company, Thought Theatre and producer of the Desert Fringe Theatre and Cultural Arts Festival. As Founder of the non profit organization Project Sheba, her focus has been on using the arts, (visual, performing and literary) to transform culture through the use of storytelling in order to access individual wisdom.

Francesca Romana Vitale was born in Catania, Sicily, where she graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts and became a lawyer in the entertainment and copyright sectors, moving to Milan.
A writer, producer and actress, in 2016 she established the first edition of Fringe Milano OFF, followed a few years later by Fringe Catania OFF. With an international project in mind, she founded the Fringe Italia OFF network.

I have over 8 years of experience with Minnesota Fringe Festival, overseeing operations, finances, and strategy for one of the country’s largest performing arts festivals. I build partnerships across Minnesota’s arts, business, and funding communities to strengthen the festival’s impact.

Dale Heinen is Co-Founder and Artistic & Executive Director of the BorderLight Theatre Festival, which since 2019 has brought Fringe performances and international premieres to downtown Cleveland. She has directed more than thirty productions in the U.S., U.K., and abroad, and previously served as Artistic Associate at Soho Theatre in London’s West End.
Kuljeet Singj, Creative Director
Atelier Theatre/New Delhi Fringe Festival
Kuljeet Singh is an artist, actor, and educator. Formerly teaching English at Delhi University, he now works in theatre and film, with credits including Margarita With a Straw, Sardar Udham, and Trial by Fire. He leads Atelier Theatre and Meraki Residency, creating programmes that fuse storytelling, education, and performance.

Joining Sydney Fringe as Head of Marketing in March 2024, and appointed CEO in July 2025, Patrick brings deep expertise in building sustainable business models, developing innovative partnerships, and delivering large-scale cultural events.

Cath cut her teeth in the fringe world at Brighton Fringe in 2008 and here she found her passion for fringe, and is also where she met Holly Lombardo and went on to work with Holly Lombardo to support the development of World Fringe. Cath began as a consultant Producer with Wandsworth Arts Fringe and carries on developing the festival as part of Wandsworth Council’s Arts Service.

Raised across Italy, Austria, and Iran, Amrita's aim for the upcoming first edition of the Vienna Fringe Festival in 2027 is to bridge cultures through performance in the heart of Europe. With a soft spot for immersive and innovative models, she seeks to enrapture and captivate audiences with the unique magic of theatre. She looks forward to connecting with fellow directors to exchange ideas and to foster partnerships that will help bring diverse, world-class immersive experiences to the Viennese stage.

As HFF's Co-Executive Director, they seek to create programming that connects HFF with the LA Theatre community at large. Previously HFF's Programs Director, they helped create Fringe Scholarships & Fringe Access, HFF's initiatives to help expand & diversify the pool of artists at the festival, as well as ran the Producers & Creatives Workshop & Networking series. Outside of the Fringe, Ellen has worked in programming, festival production and/or community outreach at various arts orgs such as Goldenvoice, Live Nation, B.R.I.D.G.E Theatre Project, Industry Opera LA & Grand Vision Foundation, as well as participated in Cornerstone Summer Institute & Arts for LA ACTIVATE program.

Ted Wenskus is a sound designer, theatre/voice actor, and Foley artist who has worked on 100+ audio dramas and radio plays, including live staged performances, audio projects for the National Park Service, and titles for Audible. He has helped steer the Fringe Audio program for Atlanta Fringe for three years.

Marley Kabin is a DC-based actor, theatrical collaborator, and event manager. She is a founding member of the District Fringe team and a company member with Theatre Prometheus. Previous work in DC includes presentations at Capitol Fringe, the Kennedy Center Local Theatre Festival (pre-2025), and with local companies Voices Unbarred, Ally Theatre, Rorschach Theatre, and Avant Bard. She has her BA in Theatre from the University of Maryland College Park, and currently studies with Tom Todoroff in NYC.

Tracey Erbacher, Co-Producer
Tracey Erbacher is producer, director, and artistic leader with 10+ years of experience creating and leading award-winning independent productions and festivals in the Washington, DC region. She is a founding member and Co-Artistic Director of Theatre Prometheus, where she focuses on uplifting marginalized communities, mentorship of young artists, and the development of new works. These passions led her to be a co-founder of the District Fringe festival, where she focuses on accessibility, emerging playwrights, and artist-centered production model.

Baja Fringe
With a foundation in dance, she has built an international career as a performer, working across multiple countries and appearing in large-scale productions including Jubilee in Las Vegas. She holds a BA in Dance (First Honor Roll) from Northumbria University and trained at SCAENA Performing Arts Conservatory in Spain. She has also taught at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, supporting emerging artists. Her curatorial approach is rooted in artistic diversity, innovation, and international exchange, shaping Baja Fringe as a vibrant platform for contemporary performance.

Kenneth is a Nigerian artistic director, writer, actor and arts manager with over 25 years of experience in the creative industry, serving as the Founding Director of the Lagos and Abuja Fringe festivals. He is the Artistic Director of PAWSTUDIOS Africa and former Festival Director of the British Council Lagos Theatre Festival, boasting a career with over 70 directorial credits. Kenneth is an ISPA fellow as well as a Salzburg Global Fellow. In 2023, He was inducted into the Body of Fellows of the National Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners NANTAP.
